We've been coming to Frontier Town since 2002. We always loved it, but even more this time. I have dome health issues and have yrouble with stairs. One of you maintenance men, Tommy seen it and put in wooden stairs with a rail. What a difference . Thank you so much

They Had me all checked in when I got there. Didn’t even need to go In the office. The guy at the entrance was very helpful on where to go and park etc. we had a great time!

No WIFI - come on Sun Outdoors - this is the 21st century - I was camped literally 50' from a WIFI router and had no WIFI signal on 3 different devices. I went to the office and was told, "Sometimes it be like that" - Really? Then I wrote a message to Sun Outdoors' FB page. They reached out to the "resort" I was at; rather than fix the problem, they refunded 1/2 of my resort fee. Some of us (public campers) depend on WIFI to conduct communications with our businesses while out of town. My cell signal was almost zero ( Verizon); no fault of the resort of course.

A wonderful place and every employee I encounter was polite courteous and very helpful. The campground appearance itself was very well. Kept all the bathrooms were very clean. A wonderful place to visit, I will return again. Thank you again for all your hospitality

We had a great week! Awesome neighbors (everyone kept their dogs on leashes for a change) , staff was super polite and helpful, the activities staff was so friendly and fun! Pool staff did a great job keeping everyone safe. (only complaint was seemed like not enough tubes for the lazy river.) Western town was great as always. Loved the new show in the Golden Nugget Saloon, still not as great as the old can can show but still good. Overall the week was great!

Noisy neighbor unable to reach office. Left callback phone number, never got a callback. Too many golf carts on roads being driven by teenagers probably no license. Too expensive will never stay here again!
