The RV park was clean and tidy! The general store associated with it was also very nice. The young lady working there was very nice and helpful :)

It was an ok park, the sites are fairly small and the roads are very tight for maneuvering. We had trouble finding the driveway in but the front desk staff was very nice and the pool was great.

The campsite we stayed at was not advertised that the buildings across the street would have bright LED lights on 24/7 and that construction would be happening at 4:30 in the morning. When we asked to move, we had to pay more money for an upgrade instead of being accommodated

Great place, quite, Nice swimming pool

No issues at all. Check in seamless. Shaded as described and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and bars! Quiet at night as well. Fair price.

Great communication; pleasant, helpful staff; nice facilities in great condition; neat and clean; lots of shade; small but nice pool; good laundry; wifi worked.

Maybe the regular campground is better, but I would not recommend the rustic tent sites. It was well maintained but the location is less than desirable. There were ample water spigots but we had porta-potties for bathrooms. Bordering the tent section was two hotel parking lots and we had light on our tent all night. The road was noisy and both mornings at 5:30 am a garbage truck emptied trash from dumpsters on the other side of the fence. The tent site we occupied was detached from the main campground past a stream with a water crossing. The stream flooded while we were there and we had to enter from a hotel parking lot. Getting to the main campground meant walking across a bridge or driving the long way around.

Calm and clean

Traveling alone with 2 kids, this was a perfect stay for us! Awesome place and we got a site next to the playground. Staff was nice and very welcoming, it's quite and clean. Felt safe here for sure.

It was the perfect size for our group of 2. This location is quite noise from traffic on main road. But check in was super easy and amenities like shower and bathroom were good and clean

Great spot right down town. Super clean and great showers. But I didn’t know that it was not even close to “camping”. Rookie mistake with these types of places. Not all spots have fire places and it’s butts to elbows. But nice central location

Showers dirty, site too small, neighbour too close, excessive price for the quality. Additionally lot of noise, 4x4, quad etc.

Great spot, great location. Easy to walk downtown and to grocery store. It’s along main, but pretty quiet compared to most RV camps.

For the money there was no sewer and quite small. Slightly overpriced.

Too much road noise and parking lot lights from hotel parking lot. Hard to sleep and enjoy the camp space!

Great location close to downtown Moab (walking distance). Spaces are tight. Kept getting strong sewer smell blown our way.
