Great campspot! We stayed here for 2 nights. Kids loved the playground and pool. Good wifi, nice and clean facilities, using the laundry room was easy. It's great this spot is in town. Just a walk away from the supermarket and restaurants. Has a gas station plus a small shop. We say it's one of the best spots we had during our roundtrip!

This is a well equipped RV campground. The pool is pleasant, if a little small. The showers were great and there are handy things like a laundry easily available. It would be 5 stars if there wasn't a slight smell of drains throughout the site! Otherwise, a great place to stop over.

For tourists, the place is depressing. The proximity to the freeway makes it virtually impossible to sleep. Would be well-placed for downtown though, which is why we had chosen it in the first place.

Very clean and well maintained place with a lot of options for guests. The pool was very refreshing as was the ease of the general store and gas station. The trees give much needed cover from the sun as well.

Clean, friendly, and convenient. Was an overnight stay, would stop in again to explore the area with more time!

Kid friendly and low key but close to everything!

The campgrounds were clean, the pool was small but enough and the location was close enough to things we enjoyed.

The spaces are quite narrow and short necessitating pararlell parking the tow vehicle separate from the trailer. Plus, the spaces are very close to each other with little to no privacy.

Easy set up, convent general store, friendly service.

We stayed in a cabin this weekend and had a fabulous stay!!! Highly recommend this spot for any future travelers with kiddos. We brought our three kids and loved the pool, playground, and the creek by the pavilion area. There were quite a few flying bugs but overall we would come back!

This would an ok RV spot for a small RV or tent camping. Our RV is 30 feet and didn’t really fit, and certainly not with our tow vehicle. There are plenty other nicer RV Parks in Moab.

The campground is at the edge of Moab, very convenient, yet quiet. The facilities are clean. A grocery store is within walking distance, as are shops, restaurants. Within 5 miles of Arches Nat Park. I would stay here again.

Great amenities!

Very nice location in town, well maintained and feels relatively private considering the location. Great showers, pool, and reasonably priced propane.

Absolutely zero grass anywhere and very few trees. Everything is gravel and sites are so close together you almost cant open your slides. Neighbors are right up on your rig if they sit outside. We originally paid extra for a "premium site" which had no shade at all. Not worth it. Wifi is spotty. We were supposed to stay three nights and stayed only two. Pick another spot in Moab to stay.
