Great location! Super clean rest room and RV sites!! Check in was super easy and staff was great!

Close to the highway, small spots and no recycling but basics were fine and clean. Pricing on the high end but yeah it’s downtown Moab.

Location is perfect! Such a cute town! A lot of things are walkable and very convenient. We arrived at 10 PM but are welcome packet was right outside at the welcome center with everything we needed. Very easy. Thank you so much !!

Great campground! Super clean and the staff is awesome. The salt water pool was an extra bonus 👙

Thus was a nice campground convenient to downtown Moab and Arches. We were a little distressed that our neighbors bicycle was cut off the bike rack and stolen in the middle of the night. I would recommend tighter security and cameras. We were told the campground cameras weren’t working.

We typically prefer campgrounds in the National Parks where there is more privacy, and we can have a campfire. However, being very close to our neighbors gave us the opportunity to talk with people and share experiences. Also, we were glad to make use or the laundry facilities. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants.

The campground was clean and well maintained. Each campsite had mature trees for shade. Nice laundry room, playground and a wonderful wooded areaby the creek and dog park where our pup had plenty of room to run and play! The staff at the check-in office were outstanding, helpful and friendly! Conveniently located towards the South end of downtown which made the campground surprisingly quiet. We would Definately stay here again! 😊❤️😊

we left a day early and management still charged for anther day of 10.00 trailer storage. This was a parking spot not a camp ground. we new in the terms the camp spot would not be credited. A little take what you can position. not for me. David

We have a 36’ fifth wheel and a 2500 chev zr2 to pull it…zero room for truck to slither in beside our 5th wheel…Stuck out and ZERO room to park in front or behind…tight tight TIGHT sites and low hanging tree branches that rubbed on our top and sides as pulling out. . Never did see anyone at office the 3 days we were there. BUT campsite was clean and tidy and wow—MOAB…well we weren’t at camper much!

Clean restrooms that were close by. Laundry room also clean, store has a little of everything and the people were nice and helpful.

Camp sites were very small. Bathrooms were dirty. Signage looks like a billboard but does not tell you where to go. This rv park is hidden behind a Texaco gas station. Perhaps an arrow on billboard would help? Very noisy site.

Moab Rotary Car Show. Need I say more? I will never stay in Moab again. Inconsiderate. Lawless. Insane!

Conveniently located in downtown Moab. Sites were a little small. Staff was friendly and helpful.
