Good location, pool, laundry, dog area. Down side was noise even with fan sounds canceling. But I would do it again

The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms and showers were clean, the showers were hot. The water spigots were plentiful and conveniently located. A great experience!

Clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Clean campgrounds and location is excellent. Walking distance to stores, bars, restaurants and gas stations. We got an oil change for our RV right next door that takes walk ins. Everything was effortless.

Such a nice place would definitely stay again

The facilities are nice. The reason I gave low stars is due to the noise and light. We stayed at the downtown Moab location l, in the rustic area. Way too noisy in that section. Everything else is great.

It was excellent. Hope to be back again next year thank you for everything.

Everything perfect

Great location, walk to everything, clean facilities, kind staff, very nice little dog park right next to a lovely stream.

The location was great, the price was good, and the campground had many amenities! We tented and the area was clean and roomy. The only setbacks I thought was a street lamp directly above our site which kept it bright all night, and the tent area had port-o-potties only. The bathrooms and showers were only in the RV area. I would stay here again though, just hopefully not in the T4 spot since it’s so bright!

Spaces very close together. The neighbor's picnic table was right outside our window.

Campground was nice and clean. Guy who worked at the general store was cool and had good recommendations for food. The bathrooms could use some upgrades, low pressure and if more than one person was in shower water would not stay hot.

Our annual visit was flawless again.

Pros: close to downtown restaurants and shops, Canyonlands National Park and The Arches. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: sites are short and too close together. Parking our truck in the spot with our 32 foot 5th wheel was really tight. Bathrooms and laundry room were not clean.

I hardly ever leave a review. But this place warrants one. Primitive tent camping area - DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Backs to a major hotel parking lot. Super bright streets lamps from that parking lot light up and shine directly on your tent all night . Loud trucks and cars pull in and out of that parking lot all night, shining their headlights into your tent. Very loud nearby dumpsters were emptied at 4:30 am. You will not be able to sleep. Had to pack up and move to another campsite in Moab after one night of zero sleep at Sun Outdoors Downtown Moab. You're welcome for me saving you from this horrible experience. Don't do it !

Good location, close to lots of restaurants and breweries. The connected Texaco gas station serves a great cup of coffee in the morning. The Sun Outdoors facility was clean and well maintained, and a welcoming spot to relax and wash up at the end of full days hiking and riding motorcycles. I would come back again.
