Super clean and well kept grounds. The wifi was problematic. Worked sometimes, sometimes not. Rules are very important. I agree totally. But rules have no meaning when not enforced. Children on scooters and e-bikes is the issue I'm referring to here. Not all children, but a large number of young children riding very fast, no helmets, riding after dark with no lights, no parental supervision.

Everything was perfect except we had to leave... Beautiful resort! Will definitely be back!

The only issue is at my campsite where the water/sewer connections are there was very little wood chips in that area and when it rains and is extremely wet and you have to walk in it. You track wet wood chips/ mud back on the pad.

We enjoy Sun Outdoors, it’s family friendly and very clean.

The kids had a ton of fun. There was a lot for them to do. It was our first visit and we will be back.

It was very enjoyable and the amenities were super. We wish there would be more entertainment during Monday to Thursday evenings.

The lack of cleanliness of the bath house. The same hair ball was in the shower for 3 days. The restaurant food was overpriced to the quality. $87 for 4 people (2 ordering from kids meal) The service was not good which prevented us from returning. At one point, I had to go to the bar to get tea refills so we had something to drink while we ate. I also had to get the silverware myself from the basket at the waitress station in the back of the room. The wait staff at the pool did a great job. Our drinks were cold and still frozen when we served them to us, unlike the “runny” versions inside the bar area.

Always enjoy the stay and atmosphere that Sun Outdoors provides me and my family with.

My Grandkids loved the many things to do and loved the fact they could rent electric scooters. It went by way to fast. We will definitely come back for another visit!

The campground is absolutely gorgeous and so well maintained. It’s easy to get to Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach is very dog friendly! We will definitely be back!!!

We've stayed here for years, even before it was owned by Sun Outdoors. This stay was wonderful, the staff we interacted with were very friendly, the only complaints we have are the arcade quality and an incident we had with a landscaping crew at our campsite. The arcade was very poorly managed, with multiple games broken but not listed as broken, multiple claw machine games that were empty or not working properly. If this was a "free to play" arcade room I would completely anticipate the lack of management but since you did have to pay to use each machine I did expect at the very least for the equipment to work properly. The landscaping crew incident was really just an inconvenience, but still after paying what we did to stay at the campground I do feel the need to mention it. I understand crews need to make sure the grass is cut and maintained and I thoroughly appreciate the job they do, but when we are sitting outside of our unit and get basically chased inside because someone is walking through our site with a leaf blower, blowing sand and dirt and yard debris all over our site including our open flat top grill, it's very aggravating to have to then clean everything because it's all covered. I don't blame this on the campground itself because the landscaping is contracted out, but it was still a huge inconvenience in the moment. Overall our stay was awesome and we can't wait for our next trip, we may just skip the arcade from here on out.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here everyone is so kind & friendly. The only problem I had no tv for 2 days of my stay due to the new cable company and it was too cold to be outside all the time. No fault of the campground.

The site were big. Lots of amenities. This was the best campground we’ve been too.

The resort is great, we rented a cottage for 3 weeks. The cottage needs some TLC. Visible rust in the bathroom on the door hinges, alot of paint chipping in most areas of the cottage. The TV remote was chewed by someones dog and it was taped back together, it did work. The pans provided for cooking were not able to be used, they were scratched and worn out so everything stuck and you would be eating teflon! I did ask for a new frying pan and housekeeping delivered it right away. The floors were dirty, we had to go purchase our own swiffer to clean the floors. Thr outside grill cover was literally falling apart and crumbling. The blanket for the bed had a large hole in it and was very worn, luckly I brought my own!
