Clean comfortable and excellent Basecamp location for exploring Moab

The campsite was not as wide as advertised or expected. Didn’t have much room between our door and the neighbor trailer. The bathrooms were nicely kept and the boys enjoyed the pool. The park didn’t have some of the nice amenities other Sun Outdoor facilities have had. Basically rating it average.

We had to cancel so I don't have a rating for a stay, however I do have a comment on their refund policy. We cancelled well in advance, but unlike every other place we've ever camped, they offered no refund at all.

Terrific stay, only problem was the very late arrivals that had to also unload their equipment after midnight without consideration for sleeping neighbors

Disappointing, uncomfortably close spots with picnic tables placed against sewage hookups, dirty bathrooms and little if none hot water for showers. Expensive on top of it all.

Filthy bathrooms. Trash blowing/collecting in corners. The relief area makes the entire park stink…horribly.

We loved our spot. Close to bathroom and showers. Loved the pool and hot tub. The dog run was good but needs to be bigger. Laundry was convenient and everything was clean. We appreciate that. Loved Moab!! Would stay again or recommend.

Clean, Location, helpful and friendly staff

We arrived a bit early but were directed to our site right away, which was nice. This location sites were so small we could not set up canopy or our lawn chairs as the to large coach RV had pullouts which prevented this. In addition, the picnic table was backed up against a 6 ft cinder block wall. It was 95 degrees and we had no way we could use this area or move the table. Once we got hooked up we noticed the a/c not working as it should. The RV owners next site said he started having electrical problems since we arrived. His rig had a sophisticated computer that confirmed. I went to the front office to express concerns about the site and electricity issues. Two maintenance staff came. After an hour, they concluded that it was our RV. We had just stayed at 3 other RV parks with no problems and my husband and the other guest tested the panel in our RV and everything read ok. I asked about moving to another site. This site was slightly better and we had no problems hooking up. We were once again surrounded by large RV with pullouts with no way to set our site up. There is no privacy, you could hear talking from people inside their RV and smell cigarette smoke. In addition, the exhaust from other RV was terrible. The two hotels right up against the block wall overlooking the campsite also added to the lack of privacy. Every light from the hotel shined into the RV park at night. We decided to leave early as this was not a very welcoming experience at all. On the positive, the dog parks were very nice. I will not book another Sun Outdoors location.

The sites are crowded. It’s right in the busy road. Our view was the suer house of the people next to us, which was about 3 feet away. The hook ups were at wrong ends of sites. Needed two suer and water hoses to reach the hookups. Maybe they’ll do updates. There were some amenities we didn’t check out; laundry, pool…,

I think for the cost of the sites per night you could provide good Wi-Fi without us having to pay an extra $8.00 per night. Also hot tub was broken.

Park was very clean, reception great and very friendly. Facilities were well maintained. Wish we could of spent more time there.

Very nice campground. Friendly service and nice showers/bathrooms.
