Love it at Sun Outdoors Berlin. It’s clean, family friendly, love the beach and being able to rent jet skis or kayak. We had a cabin. It was great. Had our own fire pit and bbq. Only thing was our Wi-Fi was out, but it was kind of a blessing since I have two teens who stayed off their phones on vacay! Definitely will be back.

Fun, Scenic, and Full of Energy – A Must-Visit! This was our first stay at Sun Outdoors Ocean City, and my husband and I had an amazing time! The location is unbeatable—right on the bay with incredible views from our RV lot and gorgeous sights all around. One of our favorite parts was the buzzing, energetic bay beach where people were enjoying all kinds of water activities. Thanks to the sandbar, we were able to walk out much farther into the water, which made it even more fun and unique. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool, and we took full advantage of the jet ski rentals right on-site. The weather was beautiful during our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. A special highlight was standing at the lookout point and spotting the wild horses at Assateague Island—such an unexpected and memorable bonus! The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated how family- and dog-friendly the entire resort was, with plenty of activities for kids. Being just 10 minutes from the Ocean City Boardwalk was perfect—we were able to enjoy the action there and then return to the lively, water-filled fun back at the resort. We had a wonderful experience and are definitely adding this to our vacation rotation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and active getaway!
