Everything was awesome and I had no idea that the camp ran a shuttle for the festival into ocean city which was a relief. The only thing I really have to complain about is about the WiFi. There is already no cell reception and the WiFi most of the time was unusable even with you had full connection. If that was fixed you wouldn’t be able to beat it for the price.

I was not informed that I would be charged almost $900. No one let me know. I asked numerous times about the bill and I was told that I did not owe any more money.

Clean and operational facilities! Well kept, plenty of staff moving and working around the park and everyone is very willing to stop and answer questions for you. Park is close to everything from ocean City to Berlin as well as assateague island but you don't hear road noise at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Love it at Sun Outdoors Berlin. It’s clean, family friendly, love the beach and being able to rent jet skis or kayak. We had a cabin. It was great. Had our own fire pit and bbq. Only thing was our Wi-Fi was out, but it was kind of a blessing since I have two teens who stayed off their phones on vacay! Definitely will be back.

Fun, Scenic, and Full of Energy – A Must-Visit! This was our first stay at Sun Outdoors Ocean City, and my husband and I had an amazing time! The location is unbeatable—right on the bay with incredible views from our RV lot and gorgeous sights all around. One of our favorite parts was the buzzing, energetic bay beach where people were enjoying all kinds of water activities. Thanks to the sandbar, we were able to walk out much farther into the water, which made it even more fun and unique. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool, and we took full advantage of the jet ski rentals right on-site. The weather was beautiful during our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. A special highlight was standing at the lookout point and spotting the wild horses at Assateague Island—such an unexpected and memorable bonus! The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated how family- and dog-friendly the entire resort was, with plenty of activities for kids. Being just 10 minutes from the Ocean City Boardwalk was perfect—we were able to enjoy the action there and then return to the lively, water-filled fun back at the resort. We had a wonderful experience and are definitely adding this to our vacation rotation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and active getaway!

Heated Pool- Water Was Perfect!!! Very Clean. Pool, Beach, Store, Food, Mini Golf, Badketball, Arcade, all close together.
