Sun Retreats Dennis Port is a gated RV resort and provides full hookup sites with cable TV/WIFI access, private picnic tables, and charcoal grills. If you don't have your own RV, you can stay in one of our beautiful cottages, or spend your time in one of our two rental houses on the beach.

These premium pet-friendly RV sites have back-in, pull-in and pull-through options with some sites that can accommodate RVs over 40 feet with plenty of room for slide-outs. These sites include full hookups with up to 50-amp service on grassy or gravel pads, plus concrete patios on select sites. Guests also have access to cable and WiFi.

Our one bedroom cottages feature beautiful light wood paneling with all the modern conveniences of home. They come completely furnished with a with a queen size bed in the primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Other amenities include a private full bath, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, and a nicely equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. Outside is a screened-in porch with patio furniture for your enjoyment. Pillows, duvets, sheets, towels and paper products are included.
Our one bedroom Waterfront Cottage is perfect if you want to experience staying directly on the beach. You have your own deck overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs and an umbrella. This air conditioned cottage also includes a gas grill, cable TV, a private bathroom and shower, full kitchen, and Wifi. The bedroom includes a twin bunk over a full size bed, and there is also a full size mattress in the loft. There is also a living room area and a dining table for your enjoyment.
The Marshall House features breathtaking ocean views just 100 yards from the Nantucket Sound, and includes four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Amenities include tastefully furnished rooms, a fully appointed kitchen, living room with a fireplace, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heat. Outside is a private deck with patio furniture for your comfort and enjoyment. Linens included.
Our beautiful beach house overlooks the Nantucket Sound and includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests. Amenities include tastefully furnished rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable television with DVD player, plus air conditioning and heat. There is also a private deck with patio furniture, the perfect place to entertain and take in gorgeous views of the beach. Linens and cookware provided.
