Overall, a good place to camp. Very close to downtown Homosassa Springs and good amenities. Unfortunately the bathrooms were closed for renovations along with the pool. A little tight driving around in the dark when we arrived.

Very clean, well organized.

We enjoyed our stay. There are lots of things to do outside the park. Nothing going in inside the park.

Sites too close together and just ok water pressure. The Wi-Fi was great and available at the sites though.

Sites are 95% assigned to winter are permanent resident set ups. The existing wintertime rv’ers are given priority per my conversation with them. Some where advertising their rv for sale (way way over market value) with site included. Was assigned one of a few transient sites that was to small for my rv. The rear hung three feet over the water, no room to let out awning are park vehicle. Advised mgr that this was not what I paid for. And was advised by mgr that’s all there is, take it are nothing else is available. Booked October 2022. No credit offered and was not offered a better site when it came available.

Nice spots. Clean. Beautiful landscaping.

Our site was too close to our neighbors. Their sewer hose was right next to our picnic table. The trailer behind us was covered in debris, mold and mildew and was what we had to look at out our back window. Loud dog across from us barked every morning when the golfers walked past on their morning round of putt putt golf. Our picnic table was covered in bird poop when we arrived. I cleaned it even tho we didn't use it. Great location for enjoying Homosassa and Crystal River.

Our first time out with the camping trailer. The resort was clean, the staff super-friendly and helpful, and the amenities made it comfortable. We'll definitely go back.

A great place to stay. We’d definitely stay there again. Close to a lot of neat places. Great amenities. The kids loved it too!

Full time residents living next door are living in filth with trash everywhere and a 9 year old boy wearing nothing but a pamper. Drug use and noisy throughout the night. Pool was nice. Park itself is nice. Great location

Space was a bit tight, other than that it was fine
