Nice and quiet everybody, very friendly neighborly

The RV park was more like a storage area for all sorts of equipment. Our neighbor apparently had a seal coating business and stored their equipment next to their RV. My view outside my window was a trailer packed with a tar storage tank. There were no boundaries and children and pets running all over. It did not appear that any of the rules were enforced. Would not stay their again.

Quiet and near many restaurants and other businesses.

Liked having concrete pads, but they were not level.

It was a last minute booking due to displacement from another Sun Resort in Sarasota. We had a great site, the pool was open (although cold). The facilities and grounds were very clean and the staff were friendly.

People were very nice, however, nowhere in the advertisement did it say that the pool was closed? It did say the place was under construction.

I am enjoying the stay! The dryers being down is a small inconvenience. Great space an love the layout of the property. Thank you

We had a cramped and tight spot with no grass or vegetation, just several campers in a row on gravel/crushed shells. The roadways were too tight to easily back in a camper We were looking forward to using the pool but it was closed for reconstruction. The rate charged for a week plus a $70 resort fee felt very steep for what was offered. They were doing sole remodeling and the newer sites looked much improved but still very close together.

place was clean and well taken care of

The sites are very close together. There is just enough space between the end of the bottom of the steps on the passenger side if rig and the slides from the next camper over to park our Tundra nose in. The laundry for 200+ sites only has 5 washers and 6 dryers and some of them were out of order. The laundry is run by CSC, so I am not sure who has maintenance responsibility. Most disturbing was the electric power. Our side (#37) had a power post supporting 4 sites. There were electricians working on the power for the site diagonally from ours. A couple of days later, our power dropped one leg of the 50 amp circuit. I checked the box and could hear crackling inside the box. I pulled our power cable and connected to vacant site and called the emergency number listed on a web site. No answer. Finally I called Sun's customer service 800 number to set someone over. The answer was, "sometimes those older boxes do that." No question about whether we received damage from the outage. They confirmed the neighboring site's was ok and left. Two other campers were attached to the same crackling box.

It’s ok. The spots were clean, no late noise, but there is construction going on around the area so it’s a little awkward to enter and exit (maybe when it’s all said and done the left hand turn won’t be as difficult).

The location was amazing (despite the road construction which I know Sun Retreats has no control over)! The campgrounds were very clean and seemed to have some really nice amenities (pool, clubhouse--which we didn't get a chance to check out). The hookups were fantastic! The only issue we had were the bathrooms. They were mostly clean, but there were no paper towels and no where to hang things or put clothing while showering and the floors were always wet! Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider going back!!!
