The customer service is awful by staff and management at the Golf cart rental. I was charged a late fee when I specifically asked for a 5 day rental in person at the office, provided my license and my credit card and the agent who served me put my so called contract under my sisters name but took my credit card information and only too the reservation until Thursday night and not Friday as I requested. When attempting to reason with the manager on the discrepancy the moment I saw the charge on my credit card, she was rude, condescending and very unreasonable even though she could clearly see on the contract she pulled from her records that it was not my name but yet still took my credit card and did not want to listen or acknowledge their mistake at all. I have never dealt with such unprofessional and unreasonable person. Was charged a $260 late fee because of their incompetence and mistakes and no effort made to rectify except ruin my entire experience at this site!

It was absolutely amazing except my campsite only had a plug for a trailer so I couldn't cook like I had planned or charge anything (including the golf cart)... so that would have been nice to know when I booked the site as I was told I had a regular plug included at my site... everything else about the place was absolutely great tho and we will be back!

From Thursday to Saturday the noise from neighbors on the camp site was so disrespectful that it really changes our mind set about the experience. Car drifting at 3am in the morning for a good 20mins woke us up. Neighbors screaming dancing and putting on music past 11pm until 4am on friday was mind blowing. Very disrespectful to others on site with young children. Why isn't ther easy patrol during the night? Even police? I am saying that because as per my observations, nobody seems to take the young adults security very seriously. Even they were drifting a white pick up truc with civilians on Sunday evening. There should be some some of patrol during the night time to make sure things don't get over exaggerated and remain respectful for others as you 'rules' say. A part from that we loved it here. There should be another option than just Boston pizza.

Great time, the only was that the park advertises to rebook when you leave for a 15% discount but when we tried to rebook for the exact same cottage on the exact same date for next year they wouldn’t honour the discount and doubled the price.
