Super cute spot! Great for the family.

I love everything about this place

This park appears to be going to more full time (Year Around) residence vs a RV resort spot. Not saying anything bad about full time residence. Everyone at this park was nice and accommodating to us. You could tell by the amount of personal belongings around the RV's and the permanent built front porches that half, if not more of the rigs have not moved in some time. If I were paying 25-35$ per night, I'd expect that. However these sites are over $60 on average. Last time we stayed here, while walking our dog, it attacked by a dog off its leash running through the park. As I pulled it off, an intoxicated couple stumbled up apologizing. Smelled of boozes beyond belief. It was 4th of July Weekend. We gave it one more chance this past weekend. Probably will not stay here again.

Well run, clean, and convenient to Gruene for dancing and good food. The cable was great and WI-FI was a joke, the online Sun WI-FI splash page offered bandwidth for a price. Our experience with company is you pay with no noticeable improvement. Our standard pull thru was large enough for our 24ft motor home, but was uneven and most of it was on a slope.

We love this place… it’s always improving and making the family atmosphere better

We stayed at Guadalupe cottage with 3 adults and 2 kids and it was great size for us. Kids loved the loft bed. Kitchen was clean and had many utensils and pots and pan that we were able to make good breakfast every morning. For the loft bed, we bring the sheets and blankets and we used 3 pillows from downstair bed to reduce our baggage. We will definitely be back again.
