Although spacious, it had limited amenities (no propane, laundry/shower hours were limited, no off leash dog area), was close to the train tracks, the roads were pretty rough inside the park. The staff was great though! Very responsive. It was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights on our way to another location but I wouldn’t stay long term.

Campsite was great, easy in and easy out, managers were very friendly and helpful, and campground was very clean. Will visit again.

Nice RV spot, very convenient to stores, quiet (trains do come through but I like that!) Only con for me currently no WiFi!

Clean Park, friendly neighborhood, 10 minutes from upscale mall.

Spots not all marked. Hard to find in the dark

I was lucky to find a space and Jerry was accommodating. Quiet park. Not much room between spaces but was a welcome respite.

The staff was wonderful to me. I only stayed the one night but they were excellent. I felt safe in the park and yes, there is a train track behind the park but it did not bother me. I slept great my one night there. I have a Class A rig and it is a back in space but the RV park staff guided me into the space. I was pleased with the service.

The train was so load I had to plug my ears. But otherwise it’s clean and the staff are awesome and it’s centrally located. Really easy to get around and find the items I needed.

There was no WiFi for the two days I was there. The host/owner seemed upset that I came in after hours and questioned me about when I got there and if I had a reservation. It is all in the application for him to see , but he was not pleasant when he came to my door. He was upset I parked the camper on the cement pad and complained I might crack it. It was obviously cracked in several places prior. It was odd not to use the pad as the prior rv place I stayed wanted me ON the pad. He later came back and told me I could leave it on the pad and then apologized for bothering me.

Hey this is a no frills flat spot. But nice guy Manager who helped me get backed in and get the power hooked up so I could turn on the ac, as it was 118 deg that day. Everything worked, quiet and clean little park. Just what I needed

I gave this rating because of Jerry and also my neighbor lady at the park. Very nice people. Great location.

Nice place but the bathrooms and showers must be open from 6 am to 11:00 pm for people arriving or leaving at that time.

The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because they close their bathrooms everyday at 8. We have never been to a RV park that does not keep their bathrooms open all night. I would have paid extra for a covered rv spot due to the relentless sun. It was impossible to keep the rv cool. Jerry was funny and respectful.

Sites are nice and level. Cement patio is appreciated. Close to shopping and eateries. People are friendly and helpful.

Great camp ground but trains a little loud

This is not a good RV campground. It is more of a cheap option for a long term trailer park. The requirements for staying there indicate that your RV must be no more than 10 years old. But it seemed that some people have been living in that park for longer than 10 years in RVs that were more than 10 years old when they moved in. The first night we were there, we were treated to the sounds of the girl living in the trailer next door screaming (and swearing) very loudly at her two dogs for over 30 minutes for making a mess in her trailer after she left them alone for 12 hours. (It was a little scary as we weren’t quite sure who she was yelling at.) Then it started raining and after the rain came the big stink from the old farm next door. At least we were told it was because of the rain. But the same stink came up the next night without the benefit of rain. While the new clubhouse is nice, it would be nice if you could access the laundry, bathroom and shower facilities longer than the short hours it is open: 9-8 M-F and much shorter hours on the weekends. The only good thing about this place is the people who work there: Monique and John. (Monique was very helpful in listening to our concerns about the neighbour and the smell after the rain.) Other than that, this place is a disgrace as a campground for travellers. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

It is getting g cleaned up and becoming a great place to stay.
