The residents and other campers in this park were wonderfully friendly. We came in on a Sunday. The office was not open and we did not receive confirmation of our site. After calling the call center and waiting almost an hour the residents helped us reach the local park manager who immediately showed up and helped us with our check in. if it wasn't for the residents the rating would have been much lower than a 4.
