Great

Lots of empty spots the whole month we were there, but we weren’t allowed to pick any of them online. Was unable to choose. Grounds are not being maintained. Lots of people living there permanently.

This is a great, quiet and so close from the ocean/gulf. There was no boardwalk but the street by the shore was fun to walk, without traffic, lots of birds to look at, nice pier close by, restaurants and shop at walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice park, close to downtown Rockport. Shade trees are nice.

We have found our new home away from home when we travel to Rockport! We loved it and will absolutely be back!

We are repeat customers and will continue to stay at Sunrise whenever we are in Rockport. The location is great, the property is well maintained, and the amenities are just right. Clean restrooms and laundromat!

We were back in the horseshoe cul-de-sac. The neighbors were great number of people from our state were my neighbors Mitch from Iowa him and Michael I think is one of the partners were great. The area was nice and clean and quiet would definitely come back for the right price.

Nice trees location

This is a nice park located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the water. The setting is pleasant and there are trees through most of the park. The grounds are well maintained and the bathrooms and laundry are clean and the machines are new. Sites are close together, but the clientele are quiet and friendly. Lots of snowbirds when we were there. Pads are level concrete and include a patio. We booked online and got a great weekly rate. Check in was also online and we never had face to face contact with management. All utilities worked well and included cable and wifi. We would definitely stay here again.
