Sunterra Campground — Reviews

I drove in to the campground and was very disappointed by what I saw. The tent sites are dark, tiny, stacked right beside each other and just dirt. I didn’t even stay because of the state of the sites and the overall state of the campground. I had also called ahead to check the smoke status and was rudely spoke to on the phone. Unfortunately I wasted the money booking there and had to find other accommodation.

Everything was great, as always! But there are not enough washrooms for such a large number of people and one washroom wouldn't close.

Very shabby. Not at all like photos on website. Huge dissppointment.

Steep hill to get to the RV parking spot. Attendant gave me hard time initially as he doubted my SUV ability to pull the trailer up the hill. Next day onwards he was much nicer.

The sites are a little small for super large trailers but are great for tents, there's even hedges between sites for privacy! The showers are a little scary ... its giving "Fall out" or "The Walking Dead" but if you bring flash lights and a buddy it makes for a fun story. The beach is amazing there. Would go back for sure!

Spaces were tight and hard to back into. Also, the place is rundown and in desperate need of updating. Sites were dirty with last year's leaves. Picnic tables need to be replaced.

The camping ocations were nice but bathrooms and shower area were gross. It was disappointing that the pool was not operational. Very rundown and snappy main building.

The place was good and near the beach and stores.

If you have a travel trailer it’s a tight camp ground to get in and out of. We only have a 25’ trailer and had to back in to another spot to make it down. Bathrooms are disgusting. Bring someone with you to shower or it’s unsafe. ( no doors janky curtains) Not worth the price. Can’t get ahold of camp “ host” when you are there.

Small site Washroom not clean But for 1 night it was ok Beach small but beautiful

False advertising not impressed with the site bathrooms are dirty showers r dirty the money I spent to get the site I lost out had to move out sewer came in to trailer made both of us sick in the morning could not put out awning only had a ft of walkway to get into trailer . Tried to phone to talk to someone there they did not get back to me had to fork out more money to get a different site I would not recommend this campsite to anyone

Campsite was OK but amenities were substandard.
