Beautiful, great people. Loved so much we bought a unit here!

Some sites steep to enter. Damaged the RV.

I found everyone from the front office staff, to everyone around the park as being super friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning and staying for a much longer period. An excellent park, excellent location, excellent facilities and fantastic people. Thank you

Nice well kept place, setup for parkmodels not Rv, spaces are too small and steep difficult unhooking People and staff were very friendly

Due to circumstances beyond our control, my RV experienced mechanical issues and forced us to leave the Resort early. In fact, the first four days weren't spent at the Resort due to the RV being in the shop. Then on the 12th, the RV re-experienced mechanical failure. Upon leaving, Superstition Sunrise RV Resort refused to reimburse me for the days not stay at their Resort even though I paid in full ahead of time.

It’s a great place!

Within an hour of arriving I knew we were in a very special place! So many friendly people! So many activities and amenities! We wish we could have stayed longer!

We came for a month and they stuck us in camper spot directly across from the trash dumpsters and pickle ball courts. The information sheets said that the trash trucks came on Tuesday and Friday at 8:00 am. Very far from accurate; 5 days a week and sometimes as early as 5:15 am The pickle ball courts were always full and loud. This is a very clickish community and although we tried to engage with others at activities, we felt very shunned. The dog parks were great, however there are 2 large fenced in parks and 2 small fenced in parks. I would have assumed that the large were for large dogs and small were for small dogs. Many times I walked my small dog down to the dog parks and there were large dogs in all 4 fenced areas, so I could not use them We found large nails and building material scraps at our spot (609) And finally I found the mail person Sally to be very unfriendly. I told her we would be there for a month and were expecting only one piece of mail. She took our names and phone number. I checked with her occasionally for 21 days. She was very sharp with her tone when I asked about the letter. We finally called to find out when the letter had been mailed, it had been sent on Jan 5 and was returned to the office it was sent from. They sent it a second time and it arrived within 5 days. We will not stay at this RV park when we return to AZ next year.

After checking in I received a very unwelcoming comment from one of the staff regarding my RV being a van, and they are not normally welcome here. I had completed my reservation online with all pertinent details included, and they gladly took my money, but I did not feel at all welcome once I arrived. I paid for a week and only stayed one night as a result. Very disappointed as I am a new retiree and was looking forward to meeting the community.
