Beautiful location on the back bay. Quiet and serene location as we were well after school started. Nice landscaping and pools are well kept. The laundry facility was also clean. Lots of permanent residents and camper spots but a few are available for rental. To purchase a lot or lot with camper on it already is way over priced.

Our site was Premium on the point. We had our own dock on the bay. It was the most peaceful week I’ve had in a very long time!!!

Rated4.0out of 5Great!
We had a good time and everyone was very helpful and nice . It started off that we couldn’t park in our spot due to maintenance person lives next door and we didn’t know that and we couldn’t park for almost 30 minutes . The recliner on the right side doesn’t work and some of the light switches didn’t work . The shades on windows didn’t all work . We really did enjoy ourselves , but this is why I didn’t give 5 stars .

It was very nice and quiet RV and with in mins of the beach. resort would of like more information on how the back in would be for lot 105. I had to go to the point and barely was able to turn around

The site 57 is small and there were weeds growing up through the patio. I would have thought a little site maintenance would be done before allowing a site to be rented at a premium price.

The resort is very nice. Our unit stated we could log into the resort WiFi, but the connection was very weak and could not be used. The resort allowed too many cars at units. The unit near us had five cars and many others had three vehicles.

we did not receive the code for using the toilets and showers. after sending a message as requested for help, we obtained the codes but on the map of your site the toilets identified are not those near the pool. it was a passerby who told us that there were other toilets. after 2 days, we were infested by ants in our RV. there were a very large number of them. we had never eaten outside and we were very careful. we had to leave before the end of our stay to go to the hotel for the night. Really frustrating!!!
