Clean and secure with a nice dog park!

We enjoyed our stay at Sweetwater RV and felt the price was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park is well maintained. I would say the only negatives about our stay was they were tearing down to mobile homes behind us that were beyond repair from the hurricane. So there were some really noisy days, but would not be normal as otherwise the park was quiet. The site we were in 21, was in a low spot and when there was any amount of rain our site and around us would gather several inches of water. We would stay here again if we were in the area looking for a place to stay.

Very quiet location Clubhouse was well organized with plenty of activities.

The site was way too hard to get into. The people across the road from us made sure to let us know that we were not welcome because we were not snow birds and people on stay there all winter.

The amenities were very nice and the park appeared to be well kept. The short stay spots were a little small but we made it work. The one rub was the amount of paperwork we had to provide. Registration for both vehicles, drivers licenses, shot records for the dog, etc was sort of over the top for a three night stay.

The site was great. Nice concrete pad. No table or anything else. Spacing is very good. Quiet, friendly, inviting residents. Very clean. The dog park was really nice. Our dogs loved it. Our site was a little difficult to back into as the street was narrow. Still only had to pull up once. I would stay here again.

Liked our site but it was definitely a bit stressful getting in the site but once we did all was good . Pool was a bit warm and needed vacuumed . Bingo was awesome . We felt safe and all was good .

The main reason is the full time resident neighbor did wood working ( like planing, sanding, drilling, etc), from 8:15 am to 4 pm daily. His two huskies defecated on the concrete pad which smelled so bad we couldn’t open windows on that side of the camper. We also were right next to Chancey street which is super busy and loud. The manager offered to move us but we decided that was too much work, then we stayed another month because the pool was amazing… so we should have changed sites. The live oak tree at our site was also a huge perk for shade. The dog park was clean and had water. Usually we could exercise our dogs without waiting. Robin, site manager, was amazing and super helpful. She was professional and supportive all the time.
