The staff was helpful and friendly, unfortunately no tables at the lots and bathrooms were closed for night. Overall it’s pretty good place to stay at.

This place was horrendous!! The cabins were gross.🤢 Molding was all water warped. The pool was green. The beds were absolutely horrible. Never go here.

Great place. My only problem was the distance from the pad to the sewer, water, electric connections. The pads next to mine didn’t have that problem.

We were in section E in the Oaks. So the concrete pads were level and long enough for our 36’ rig and car. Also wide enough to enjoy some space under the awning. Not a lot of privacy in between spots. There are some full time residents along the perimeter that could use some updating but they were quiet and nice enough. The park also seems to be surrounded by a processing plant that could be noisy for any perimeter spots. Other parts of the park are mobile homes. Pool was nice. We didn’t check out other amenities.

It’s a nice park. The site we were supposed to be on was occupied when we arrived. Fortunately there was a site (nicer site available) it was just stressful to try and fit into a different one and then finally end up where we stayed. The washrooms next to the pool in the Oaks section is definitely in need of repairs. Loose toilets, missing tiles and rusty sinks. Very clean but very run down.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our large Class A had some issues with this stay. The park has very narrow roads throughout and most lots are double wide. Our rig was the biggest in the area we were assigned (C-D road). After a quick inspection of the assigned lot, we attempted to park. The lots in this area are mostly made of torn up grass with tire marks exposing areas of mud. This resulted in us spending two hours digging ourselves out, with the help of friendly neighbors. For those of you with large Class A with high GVWR, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Unless you can secure a concrete pad. I rated this as such mainly because as soon as the clock hit 5pm, the staff was gone in the blink of an eye.

On arrival at 3PM on 12/24/22 there was a sign on the door that they closed at Noon, THERE WAS NO LATE CHECK IN PAPERWORK, We never got a notice or info for our RV site, we called 3 times in an hour and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.

We've been harassed multiple times by managers for having our kids bike around the area, while other kids were doing the same thing. It felt almost as if they were targeting us specifically because only we were getting called out for it...They threatened to kick us out. We did not enjoy our stay.

I reserved and paid for two nights online. When we arrived (before 5PM) the office was closed and no paperwork was in the after hours box. We were told to go to the Oaks section and "just find an open space". We were lucky because there was ONE open space. I did some laundry and my whites came out brown even after two washes with bleach. The wash water is BROWN. The cost for two nights is too high for this level of service.

Cabin was clean and got to stay right next to our relatives living there. Thank you for the military discount. That means a lot!! We will be back

We had a very peaceful and quiet stay. Love this place!

The place was average... The idea of shuffleboards is outdated because they are not cared for. The pool in the Oaks was small, and a family that lives in the park overran it with kids and their toys. Some guy is running a business out of his camper. Someone was blocking the skinny path every time we came through. Including when pulled through with the camper! BUT! The one major issue we had was the breaker at the box was shutting off. MAINTENANCE WAS THERE IN MINUTES TO FIX THE ISSUE! OUTSTANDING!

Patio seemed to be the only one near by that was pooling water and didn't drain.
