Tamworth Campground — Reviews

Staff was very friendly. When we arrived we quickly realized we would not fit on our assigned site but they let us take our pick out of available sites to move to. River was very nice. Cute quiet little campground.

I had high hopes for Tamworth and perhaps this is because it was opening weekend, but the showers were ice cold both nights of our stay. Bathrooms were very dirty, no toilet paper and such low water pressure that toilets weren’t flushing. Sites were not level for tents and
