Fun swimming good location for hiking. I got a subpar site out of level and too small. Would pick my site carefully next time. Well run great Wi-Fi nice people.

Nice campground, clean facilities. Tent sites are nice and big, though a few can get very muddy after rain. Our site had a giant puddle in the front that forced us to park in the only area that was not muddy and we had to walk through the site next to us to avoid mud. The beach is nice and big and the river was gorgeous. The only other thing is that this campground seems to cater to rvs. If you’re tenting, the bathroom doesn’t have a great area to wash up/brush teeth, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will likely book again!

Been camping here for 13 years. The beach and view of the river is incredible and the sites are good size. Very family friendly and clean. The new owners run tubes, etc off the beach, and I definitely recommend tubing down the Saco if you never have. The food truck has good food and is a great addition. Nice upgrades at the playground too and very friendly hosts.

Great location! Right on the SacoRiver. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed being close to the Kancamagus Highway with access to great hikes. Bathrooms were very clean and the campground was well maintained. Dog friendly. We will return again next year.
