The Cove Pub Campground — Reviews

This little hidden gem was great place to stay. The restaurant beside the campground was nice addition to a long day traveling. Food was good. Dollar general at the entrance was a plus. We stayed in campsite #8. The sites are very close and trees make it a little tricky getting out but it is worth it. Just a few campsites in the campground which makes it special. They do offer airboats rides also. They were very friendly and helpful as well. We would stay again.

This campgrounds was very clean and very cared for. The bar and grill that was on the property was very nice and the food was great. The towns around it was very nice. It was a great little vacation. I recommend this campgrounds to anyone.

Always say clean, quiet and beautiful. T is wonderful to work with. She graciously let us check out a bit late due to my hubby having an early softball game and had to come back to pack up. We love camping here.

Very clean, quiet, spacious sites

The restaurant on-site was great. The staff was super friendly and offered some suggestions for local things to do. Inverness has a wonderful downtown with great parks connected by a shady boardwalk.

This is definitely for the adventurous and the social oriented campers. Airboat rides, pontoon rides, free kayaks for use were great. The restaurant and bar had great food and the waitresses were very accommodating. I recommend the beef tacos. The reason I gave a 4/5 is due to how long it took to be seated and receive our order. We stood at the hostess stand for 17 mins before we were acknowledged. It took 45 mins to order and receive our meals and another 20 mins to get our bill. The campsites are very tight and we could not use our awning. This is a very small campground.

T and Annie are the best! Every time I show up they are always available, super friendly and fun to talk to. The spots are clean and groomed to give you the perfect amount of space.

There were many air boats running 7 days a week. Extremely loud. You go camping for peace and quite. On top of that a restaurant was running with many people coming and going. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Always a great time. Great people. So nice to be able to come back after a long day and enjoy the on-site pub and restaurant. The food and beer selection is awesome. The staff at the restaurant are top notch for friendliness. The menu is super. The campsites are very spacious and shaded.

Clean , space between campsites

I recently stayed at the Cove Pub and Campground in Inverness, FL, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The menu offers something for everyone, and everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. The location is perfect for fishing, kayaking, or just taking a walk to soak in the beautiful Florida scenery. It’s also close to some great local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Whether you’re an RVer, a camper, or just looking for a delicious meal in a picturesque setting, the Cove Pub and Campground is a must-visit. I’m already planning my next trip back!

It's the kind of place that you could recommend to anyone and be confident that they would thoroughly enjoy it, with a beautiful rv spot and wonderful restaurant with excellent food and atmosphere
