This was our first time visiting The Great Outdoors RV and Gold resort, and we really enjoyed our time there! We did extend our stay an extra day, and will be visiting again

The facilities are beautiful well maintained. The golf course was very nice and reasonable. All of the people were very accommodating. The biggest issues were that we like to watch TV in the evening and there was no internet or TV service. If we had known that, we would not have stayed there. We do blame ourselves a little because we should have checked more thoroughly before making our reservation.

Very nice resort. Beautiful grounds and nice facilities — fitness center, pool, pickle ball courts, golf course, and restaurant. Very welcoming and people were very friendly. The spot we were in was well maintained, very clean, and accessible. Overall, very nice stay.

The sites were great! Nice parking pads and they had trees for privacy between them. Great pool and hot tubs and shuffle boards. Made a great relaxing area after going places during the day! Very family friendly atmosphere!

We spent 3 nights in the rally lot at The Great Outdoors community. Great RV community - built around outdoors lifestyle and RVing. We toured the other sites and homes. Pool, pickleball courts, restaurants, golf - all within a few minutes walk of the rally lot (center of the community). Lots of walking and biking, lots of wildlife to view. The rally lot is water/elec only - but the dumpsite is very close. People and staff were extremely helpful and nice.

The resort is nice, spaces are spacious and bath house was very clean. The whole resort appears to be well taken care of. It was so quiet I never heard any neighbors.

We liked the site and the amenities. A little big for us but no complaints at all. Beautiful seeing the animals, birds and alligators. Close to everything. Convenient and safe. We would return.
