The location, site, and services were perfect for a smaller van for the price.

Look. It is functional. Lots of people who live there, kids running around playing/screaming, vehicle noise, but it is a great price and, provided the people who live there don't cook out late or leave trash outside, the frequently visiting bear might not bother you. Much cheaper than motels and certainly a better price than anything upvalley. Showers barely had hot water but did a bit. Worked for me.

It was nice but we did not receive a return call after leaving message to ask a question.

This "campground" is a long-term lot for the communities workers. No fire pit, though the tent site was next to a cute creek. Too bad it felt unsafe and/or like I was camping in someone else's backyard.

Pleasant place to camp. Clean bathrooms, no traffic noise, great well water, and close to town.

I liked how close it was to downtown and yet out of the busy hubbub of downtown Glenwood. When problems happened they were taken care of that day. People were friendly. I never really met the camp host. All I did was text concerns and they took care of it. Nice and wooded area.

Pretty spot, decent price for Glenwood Springs area, beautiful area, nice little laundry facility, hot showers, all around a nice break from Boondocking

Nice size spot. Good electric hookup. Shared water. Very nice bathrooms. Dump setup was cumbersome. Overall, a nice campground close to town.

The communication up front was great. Directions were clear. Our campsite was clean and spacious. And the bathroom was cleaner than at any campground I've ever seen. But we were kept awake much of the night by late arrivals, and awakened before dawn by early exits, just a couple of hours of quiet between two parades of rumbling RV engines, crunching gravel, and noisy people slamming doors and dumpster lids. We were camping in a tent, not far from all this action. And the map didn't really suggest just how close we'd be to it, or how busy the road just outside the campgrounds would be. The noise was terrible. A rough night for two weary travelers.

Rough neighborhood, same property with shanty town rentals, with cars driving by campsites 24/7 with dark tint and shady cars. Bathroom nice, level spot, just way too creepy and shady and I’m not nervous usually. Cameras everywhere and owners won’t answer phone.

I had a lovely wooded spot by the creek. Trash and showers were easily accessible.
