The Ridge RV Park — Reviews

Just a grassy field with hook-ups and not all sites are very level, but we were able to locate a level site to spend the night. A good place for a stopover. We enjoyed a long walk out past the hay fields to the east of the park. Looked like all the the other RV’s that day were work campers.

Large spots helpful host

We spent two nights there and it was a very quiet clean little RV Park.

The campground is mostly a grass field although it did have FHU at the sites. It was raining the day we arrived (not the campground's fault) so it was muddy. We needed to be careful where we parked a heavy 5th wheel RV. If you are looking for an overnight campground, this one worked fine.

Host was very helpful. Great location. Clean level site

The park is quiet and clean. Grounds are well maintained. Electricity, water and sewer are good. No bathroom facilities. Easy in and out to US 85. There are two restaurants in town we tried. Silver Dollar bar and grill for breakfast (Sunday buffet ), Grazers bar and grill for dinner. Both meals were very good.

The campground was nice and a great place to stay as we were passing through. the owners were a little unfamiliar with some of the reservation procedures on the website so it required a couple of phone calls to get things straightened out. Overall, good experience.
