Excellent bath facilities. Room between parking spots and fine hookup system. Close to town but still rural feel. Priced right - I don’t need all the “amenities” offered by more expensive locations. Great Management/owner

Roads to campsites are horrible. Hookups are difficult to reach so far back. Friends had to back up over crossties for power cable to reach and I had to do the same to dump prior to departure. Neither of us have had these issues at other parks. The drainage ditch in front of our sites complicated parking. The WIFI didn’t work at all any of the three days we were there. On the positive side, the bathrooms were excellent, and the sites were level gravel.

We liked the place and will come back next time we go to Santa Fe for anything. The lack of Wi-Fi was the only problem. Quite and dark!

Clean. Enjoy looking at the horse’s. You have a very beautiful place. It was easy for my dogs to go to the bathroom and pick up after them. The bathrooms were big and clean.

The Wifi never worked, otherwise the park was great.

I was pre-checked in so I was able to drive straight to my space #321. Very quiet evening, good neighbors.

This park is outside of Santa Fe, and it took us about 25 minutes to drive into downtown. We selected it because it was cheap, but when all was said and done, the final total was $52.48. There was a booking fee and a booking tax. I probably should have paid $20 more and stayed closer to town. As others have said, there is a long washboard road into the RV park, and once you get to the “office,” there is a sign that directs you to check in online and go straight to your site. We never saw a single employee the entire time. The park is full of long-timers that have set up dog fences and kiddie pools around their sites. I generally don’t mind that, but the sites are so close together that it becomes an issue. Our neighbor had a big metal dog fence and covered dog run that had solar lights on the top of each pole. The lights shone into our window all night, and the kennel was full of dog poop and plastic turf that smelled like urine. We could smell it in our RV when we opened the windows. This place is basically a parking lot in an equestrian center. No scenery or anything to make it worthwhile. We looked out onto a broken down fence and some farm equipment. We did have full hookups, but the electric was spotty and went out several times, and we lost water pressure while showering. II was glad we only stayed one night. Would not come back.

The space is absolutely beautiful and the horses were such a pleasant treat. We rode our bikes around and watched the sunset. It was a very peaceful stay. :)

So peaceful, quiet, and safe! The wifi isn't awesome but if you have a booster it works pretty decent. We loved the room for our dogs and how far back it was for the peace and quiet!

This is a great base to visit the Santa Fe area. Nothing fancy but everything just works and the bathrooms are great. If you are looking for a relaxing place that is really quiet you are in the right spot.
