Campsites not the best, just dirt no stone or grass. No answer from office staff when emailing to ask a couple of questions. Office closes at 4pm and opens when it wants to in the morning disregarding the posted office hours.

We were not made aware that the campground was technically not open for the season and that was immediately evident upon arrival. Pool was undergoing major construction, playground was being repainted and not functional. Construction material barriers were still in place and site was not well raked out. Was a difficult experience to entertain a 2yr old outside of the beach at high tide. Ground wasps everywhere. New utilities were certainly appreciated. In 3-4 years I expect this place will be great but certainly a disappointing experience for our week vacation.
