Generally a decent place to stay with a lovely trail for the dogs. Unfortunately both my neighbors to the right and left of me had several dogs that barked incessantly. One neighbor had 5 small dogs and the other had 7 that we counted. One neighbor also left up their outside lights requiring me to close the shades and restrict the airflow because of the dogs. I wish those using the RV park would follow the rules.

It was a very nice park and nice people to work with. Easy to work with.

The site was pleasant and fairly quiet. There were walking trails for our dog. Kelly and Ann were really helpful. It is close to Tillamook and a short drive to the beach. We were planning to stay for two nights but extended our stay another night because we were enjoying ourselves.

The camp was in great condition and the camp host was very helpful.

The good. The location was near town and easy access to The Tillimmook river right next to the park. Cape Meares and the Bayocean Peninsula Park. Our space was easy to level. The restrooms were clean and maintained The sewer hookup was in good shape and our fitting attached nicely. (actually multiple septic tanks) The spring loaded cap was broken but not a big deal. Electiric was good. The camp host was nice. The Bad. It seemed way too expensive to us, at least compared to State or County parks. To be fair, being new to the RV life we don't have much to compare with. We chose it because everything else seemed to be full. But I think there might have been other private RV Parks around that don't advertise. The internet didn't work. It would connect but no internet. Our T-moble worked fine so that was what we used. The units seemed kind of close together for a $75 a night place. The cow manure smell is strong if the wind is blowing the wrong way, fortunately the steady west wind kept that tolerable The water pressure was a bit low and variable with lots of bubbles which was suspect but it seemed clean.

Clean, great trail, amazing shower. Loved this rv park! It was great. If I’m ever in the area again I would 1000% stay here again.

It was a great little spot, very quiet! The hosts were so friendly and the kids were able to play and ride bikes without worry. Would definitely camp there again!

Clean, well maintained property. Large level space. Beautiful views. Close to town but out in the country. Peaceful setting.

The host is amazing. When we arrived our assigned spot wasn't great for my daughter and garand daughter to set up a tent so she went out of her way to get us a spot (arguably the best spot at the park) and let me tell you it was absolutely perfect. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience .

Delightful!! The grounds are exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The bathrooms are lovely, very clean and the showers are immaculate, warm and inviting. Hospitality is exceptional, the icing on the cake! Definitely wish all were like this, and will definitely choose again when in the area.

This was an amazing location! We were advised that it is now under new management. The entire property was well maintained. Each site was perfectly set up. The bathroom and shower areas were very nice. There was easy access to the River. Check-in and management availability was top-notch. We will definitely stay here again!

The manager was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful clean and quiet park. Good utilities.
