We enjoyed our campsite with the beautiful fall foliage, close proximity to the bathrooms, dumpsters and laundry facilities. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. The reason I gave a four star rating instead of five stars was due to the fact that the bathrooms were extremely cold and mediocre with respect to cleanliness. Overall. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the campground, the office staff were more than helpful! We loved the ice machine available each morning, the store was great! And we just loved it! Would recommend!!

They had large pull through sites. They had a nice laundry facility. They also had an onsite Tavern with great food and spirits.

Excellent and helpful office staff, huge (and flat) sites to accommodate larger rigs, clean throughout the campground, fun activities (Halloween weekend) and a tavern/restaurant for food. Great stay!

The neighbors on both sides of our tent smoked and talked all night long. Then, one neighbor snoozed an alarm from 4 am to 6:30 am. I tended to stay for two nights, but left after one.

This campground is really closest to Ellsworth and not Trenton. Thus it takes 30 minutes to get to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. Listing on Campspot seems to make it closer than it is. Free WIFI is barely functional. Only one bath house/facilities for the whole campground. However it is clean. The laundry is great other amenities are good. Reserve if you don't mind a drive

We were having trouble with our air conditioner, and due to me being on oxygen we needed a shady site. Hoping that they could possibly change our campsite I emailed Timberland Acres and recieved a prompt reply from the owner. He was able to accommodate us and changed us to a lovely shaded site. I can't thank him enough. The campground was clean and well thought out. The Tavern was a great plus. We would recommend Timberland Acres to anyone who enjoys camping. It's very close to Acadia National Park.

The sites were spacious enough. The staff was friendly and park was clean. There are many nice amenities. It is close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbour. Grocery and other stores are a a short drive away. Nice place, recommend.
