Beautiful and well-maintained campground. 2 young men at check in were personable and professional. Size of the camp site we had was more than we needed for our tent. We did have drunken college kids a few sites down from us, there was no campground host or staff to try to address disruptive behavior keeping people awake after quiet hours. Their behavior escalated and there were threats against two in the group- may have been a fight. A camper behind us called local law enforcement and officers responded within minutes. Everything quieted down after that. PD is right next door to campground- which is great. Overall- would absolutely come again, we were trying to find a spot to do dishes and just couldn’t. That may be on us, will be ready for that next time.

The electrical infrastructure in this park needs upgrading. I lost power two days while here do to one of the 50 amp phases dropping to 100 volts. It was rather warm out for those days, requiring air conditioning. I trie for several hours along with the staff to contact the on call maintenance person. Finally at 5:00 PM the maintenance supervisor showed up and confirmed the problem was infrastructure related. I place a call to Ms. Kovacs the city manager and I emailed the city manager office. No one from the city manager’s office replied to my call or email.

Our site was sooo narrow we could not have our slide out AND the awning. I made reservations way back in Feb and said what we would be coming in with. NO room for even an outside carpet. We were in site #58. The camp itself was gorgeous. The restrooms clean. Evenings were quiet.

We enjoyed the large lots & the quietness even though it was near town. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but really, your camping so we didn't expect luxury. Also, the playground could use some TLC. Overall a wonderful park

The c/g was close to everything, the host and the staff were very helpful, and the bathroom and showers were always clean.
