Great stay. Quiet and peaceful. Staff is very patient and communicative.

Great location. I was able to walk and bike to the City of Laredo. General area is run down with Shower and Toilet functional but very unappealing.

Uneven lot. Not suitable for big rvs.

Our Stay Continues to be EXCELLENT!!!

It was very quiet. Nice neighbors. The park needs a lot of cleaning up. There was an old mobile home torn down to the base as you enter the park. Should be removed and the area cleaned up. Price was good.

Good no issues

Very poor atmosphere and upkeep. Did not like the fact that RV spots were mixed in with mobile home park. The whole park could benefit from “stricter standards and guidelines” for what should be allowed.

The place was to crowded

I arrived after office hours and it was hard to locate my spot. Once i found it it was hard to locate my connection because they are not marked and everyone is connected everywhere. Vehicles pass buy in the night with loud music.

It was quiet and peaceful.

It was a nice quiet place. Family oriented. Well kept.
