Very nice RV Park, close to large town.

only thing I didn't like was that there was not any management on site otherwise park was good would stay here again

This park is very well maintained. Hookups are perfect, and the ground is gravel and there are concrete pads for a patio. The laundry and shower rooms are clean and new looking. And the manager Scott is awesome! He responds to questions quickly and is very helpful in handling my reservation s. The only thing not perfect is the road noise... which actually is being addressed as they have brand new sites opening up that are further from the road so the noise shouldn't be that bad.

To close to the highway. Could hear traffic and trains all night. Difficult to sleep. Also enjoy having a camp fire to sit by at night. Not able to

It's a nice park that is being developed. It's just off the highway so there is that noise but it didn't bother me. It was clean and roomy. Hookups were new and easy to get to. Plenty of room to walk dogs and close to town. 4 stars because the water was sometimes off or low pressure.

Nice, new RV park. Hook-ups are convenient and there's room to walk the dogs. I gave 4 stars because the laundry/shower was not lit outside so I could punch in the code and there was very weak water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, very happy with my stay. I think it has potential to be a great place to park and explore the town!

There was no camp host or office to check in. The electrical box showed a 50 Amp breaker, a blank breaker, and a 40 amp(!?) breaker. I ended up using the 50 Amp outlet, even though I use 30 amps. There was no wifi. There as dog poop everywhere. There was a low hanging wire (less than 9' feet high) which was not seen by me. It surprises me that I didn't damage it (I'm 12' high). It did damage my air conditioner cover. For a "resort" it offered nothing. The website is deceptive. It highlights access to a local river. The river has been dry for 4 years.

Nice place, small but being enlarged for the future. All services worked and washroom on site was very clean. Some highway noise but didn’t bother us at all.

Because there was nothing lower than "poor" to rate. There was no one there to meet us. Out site was occupied. The other site we saw had a broken electrical box. When we were looking for a site, the top of the trailer hit a low hanging wire and broke our air conditioner cover. This will likely cost us hundreds of dollars to fix. When we called the number we found on the internet, the woman said they would call right back. She did not call right back. She offered us a site at Aztec for $89 a night. We said we would not pay that since our original co tract at Trail West was not honored by you. She said we could stay one night for no additional cost but not the second night. We would have to pay $89 for the second night. The site at Aztec was a dump- No room for our car, took all of our leveler to get a level trailer, neighbour's within 10 feet of pur site, etc. We left first thing in the morning. I would not recommend either Trail West or Aztec to anyone. In fact, I am very disappointed Campspot is advertising these campgrounds. I hope you use these comments

Very noisy spot, no amenities, laundry room not working. The price was right, it has a lot of potential but at this point I would not recommend it. No staff or office on site

We were first on site 116 right on the road, our camper actually shook when big trucks went by. We were able to move to 108 not right on the road but still very loud. Our neighbors had people visiting all day and night which was unsettling. The price was right but we won’t be back. Just too loud to get any rest.

The price was fantastic and keep in mind that at this price it should be 4 star, but… 1. There was no one at the office, a lady told us that Craig was probably at Aztec. We called the office and eventually found him. Since, the site was not guaranteed, I wanted to confirm that we actually had the site. 2. Had I known the place was right on the highway, I might have looked elsewhere. The traffic noise was horrendous. 3. Suggestion for the campground: your electric outlet on on site had us plugging in “upside down;” the cord from our plug went up instead of down which could cause the curved part (going straight up) to eventually break. We used a converter and plugged into the 50-amp outlet (which was set up correctly) to solve our dilemma. 4. But for the price, well, we got what we paid for. Overall, it was ok and when the Park is finished, it will probably be very nice.

VERY noisy due to road noise. Spot adequate for an overnight stay, but we opened our door to look at a beat up, falling apart mobile home. Easy online check-in system. Hard to find in the dark.

It’s not a resort. Little more than a gravel parking lot right on busy Rte 60.

Everything went well. It was under construction so there was not much to be expected. Would have liked access to laundry room and would have liked bathroom/shower accommodations. Very nice & quiet for the Holidays 2023.

Check in was completely online, which works great since we had no idea where the ‘office’ was when we got there. The restroom facility isn’t done with construction yet, so only the toilet worked , but bring your own toilet paper and soap since the sink does work, though the entire room is covered in drywall dust. There is only one dumpster for everyone to share and it was almost overflowing. We never saw anyone from management the entire time and there were no instructions to check out.
