One of the rules was that ATV's are not to be ridden in the park. Well there was a group of them (12 or more) camping and riding their ATV's in the park all weekend. Hopefully, they are not there very often. Very noisy and dusty. Some abided by the 5 mile per hour rule. Many did not. Other then that the park is very nice.

4.5 stars! Beautiful campground! We spent all day at the river and it was perfect. The store on site is connvenient too. The only things we noticed was no hand soap in either bathroom and the showers are $2.50 (quarters only) for 5 minutes. We just didn't realize the showers were quarters only because it was not listed on the website we reserved through. We will absolutely be back again!

This RV park was the most beautiful rv park I’ve ever stay at. The flowing river right off the back of the camp spots was incredible! The bathrooms were clean, the campsites were maintained every single day. They take your garbage for you every morning! I will absolutely stay again and I know everyone in my group will also!

We have camped there many times and always love it! It's such a beautiful place and is a more flexible experience than other campgrounds. There aren't so many rigid rules and it has kind of a "party" atmosphere. There was music, the dogs and kids were playing in the water. It's just a fun place! The only reason I gave four stars instead of 5 is because on the 4th of July, just after dark the owner of the campground fired a cannon, twice! It was extremely loud and really shook up the pets. We kind of knew it might be coming because the cannon was paraded through the park a few times that day. It would have been nice if someone had come by and given us some warning as to when it was going to happen so that we could be prepared to be directly present with our pets at the designated time so they didn't freak out so much.

Kim is a terrific host. My wife and I were scrambling to find a camp spot for July 4th because we weren’t able to find a disperse campsite. I was able to find this campsite via Campspot and not google. We booked it at 7pm and I called Kim after reservation to confirm it and she’s probably the nicest camp host we’ve had. She’s super chill, funny and very welcoming. As for the campground itself, there are hot and cold showers, picnic areas, and a nice river. This campground has WiFi and there’s no cell service. This campground is huge and can fit a big party.

The campsite is out in the middle of nowhere. Lots of quads, dirt bikes, side by sides cruising all over. Didn't mind that, they were respectful. I wish that would have been noted in the description that this is a camp for dirt bikers. We are not. The camp ground itself is beautiful and well kept. Small sites, but we were there with friends and it worked out great. Most of the other campers were either related or friends of each other. Lots of county music (all night long), lots of fireworks and someone who lives on the property decided to blow off his canon. Dogs and people were running every where. When he shot the 2nd one, I stepped in. My little dogs were shaking so much. He ended up going back to his camper and the owners were called. Not sure what happened to him, but he was still there all weekend and kept quiet. There is a little store on property that opened on Thursday for the first time. Great for essentials that were left at home. We won't go back. It was a very long drive and unless you bring your ATV, there's not much to do. Also, think twice before you go on the 4th of July. It was very hard to sleep that first night. The sewers also backed up, but they had someone out to fix them right away and all was good. Very frienly staff.
