Once we found our spot the park met all our needs. Sizable spot, quiet, lots of shade, very well kept.

Mark was the only reason we found our spot. No information was available for us. Mark should get a raise.

Park is clean easy to navigate in and out there is quite a few long term residents but the keep their sites clean and picked up. I would stay there again. I’m sure in late spring and summer with all the trees it is a beautiful park.

We made a same day reservation, and when we arrived at 4:30pm, the office was closed and there was no late check-in packet. Apparently, the office is closed on Sundays, but reservations can still be made. We called the number on the door, and they were very nice, but they couldn’t find our reservation. They gave us a random back in site when we paid for a super pull-thru,. This meant we did have to unhook. The park was quiet, but nothing special. The check-in fiasco made for an unpleasant experience, so make sure you call ahead if you are making same day reservations. Don’t just use their online system.

Everything was as expected except we were told we would have a firr ring and we didn’t.

The property did have lots of trees but the sites were packed very close to each other with a large number of families living there full time. We also stayed there on a day when they were doing yard work so it was very noisy for most of the morning. Also, I am not sure how frequently the shower houses are cleaned but it isn't often enough. The floors weren't just dirty, they were filthy. Having said all of that, the staff was friendly and accommodating and felt safe.

The park is great. The internet is a scam. They charge extra for internet. Yes I’m aware of what their listing says. Just be aware. Also, you will NEED you MAC address to connect your devices. FYI.

The place was beautiful shady and peaceful, great friendly staff ,also had a little workout gym,clean restrooms and showers, will definitely be back.

My family and I love staying at Treetops when we visit the DFW area! The park has a great layout, a laid back atmosphere, and easy access to shopping, entertainment, and major attractions. The facilities are clean, the common areas are well maintained, and everyone is always so friendly…because it’s just an awesome community!
