Triponds Family Camp Resort — Reviews

I have been camping every other weekend for this season. Triponds has been my favorite overall campground. Loved the wooded sites, how they are not all in a line; they look more natural. Many sites by the water. Super cute shop with lots of food options and a cozy library. The showers are individual rooms (love that). Bathrooms were clean. Kids have lots to do and everything is very accessible. More than one beach, sand volleyball, goats, I don’t know what else to say to convey that this has been my favorite campground for this season. It was a 6hr drive for me, but totally worth it.

Fall Fest was fantastic.

Loved all the activities that were available, even though we weren’t able to check them all out! Looks like a place we are definitely going to be camping at again!! And being closer to to home definitely helps as well!

I love this place and all the amenities offered. This was our 2nd year coming out and creating memories. Our little ones love it and feel at home!

It was a great experience. We were in a full hookup, but that spot happened to open up and we now know why, it was hard to back in and hard to pull out. The spot was very hard to park our trailer in. There was a stump right next to our trailer. Overall though it was a Good experience.

Beautiful spot, nice establishments, plenty of activities for the kids without feeling structured or scheduled. Great place to kick back and vacation!

Site was small. Firepit was falling apart and dug way too deep so I had to use double the wood to even get the fire at a usable level for cooking. Picnic table was rotting and falling apart on ome end. Bathrooms and showers at the poolhouse were not very clean, even at 11pm the shower trash was still completely full with the same trash I saw in the same stall earlier that day. Staff did not enforce the preschool hour for the jumping pillow and a much older kid who shouldnt have been on at the time sent my 1.5 year old flying off the pillow to face plant in the pea gravel to the side. We had a lot of fun and will probably be back but definitely wont book the same site and things definitely need better upkeep/enforcement.
