Tropic Island Resort — Reviews

Description is "close proximity to the beach". It is actually 1 mile away and you have to pay for parking at beach. The RV sites are so small that you can stand and touch your RV and touch your neighbors. Even though we had a pull through site, our 30ft trailer was within inches of our neighbors vehicles when we pulled in and out. Showers were adequate but there was significant mold. I would not return.

Not what was expected. Our spot had full timers on all three sides. Could not open our shades on back or one side because of the condition. Space was too small for our fifth wheel. Won’t go back.

Nice place. Well kept. Tight spaces, but all the camping areas on the island had sites that were close together.

We have stayed several times and always have a great experience , once we thought that our electric hook up was bad and they moved us no problem turns out it was our cord so thanks for being so patient with us. The Mexican food place accross the street is a great breakfast spot and the pools and onsite laundry are a real plus. I hate even writing this reveiw because now I want to go back!

Great place to stay on the island. Friendly and helpful staff. The park is well maintained. Proximity to restaurants, shops, and the beach is perfect.
