Turkey Swamp Park — Reviews

I loved it here. It was so peaceful and clean. I would definitely have stayed longer if I could. And the park rangers were very helpful. Though very tranquil, town with everything you need is only 5 miles away.

This park was really well up kept they had plenty of spaces but yet everybody was a good distance from everybody else and pretty reasonable at $40 a night with a really nice lake if you’re looking for a quiet camping area instead of a camping village, this would be an excellent place to go

I have been going to Turkey Swamp since 2009 with my family. My husband has been going to play at the park since 1970s. The place hasn't changed very much, which some may be disappointed with, but I love the familiar layout, feel safe with my kids running around and the constant patrol of the Rangers. This past trip our trailer had a mechanical issue that wasn't able to have a quick resolve, the rangers were quick to help and accommodating. This already stressful situation was made less stressful by their kindness and understanding that I don't believe I would have gotten elsewhere. This will always be a special place for my family.

I didn't do well because a storm ruined us. We had to leave. And we all lost.
