Nice staff, decent spots, sweet pool, relatively quiet area...but the showers were filthy. Shower curtains should be replaced . more often, scrub the tile and sweep up after the slobs who ignore your courtesy signs. The decent guys do clean up after themselves- but they can only do so much! No paper towels left in the dispenser, big wad of (various colored) hair in the shower and shower curtain was a science experiment. Shower walls could use an occasional scrubbing and bathroom floor a sweep and mopping more often than every election cycle!

Cleanliness of the park over all was excellent, friendly staff and the cement pads were awesome. The pizza was great and that’s one reason why the rv park is a 5 in my book. We did meet some people from tomball tx and they were very friendly. Thank you all.

Easy off the freeway. Pull through sites well spaced. Hot tub, lazy river a nice touch. Dog area was great. Quiet park.
