They were very accommodating. We needed to change dates and they were easy to work with.

Nice place for an overnight stop. Lots of full time renters. Sits are flat. Not fancy but clean. There is some road noise and a couple of trains came through. Not enough noise to keep us awake. Dog park was clean and small. Nice grassy areas. It feels safe and everything worked well.

Stopping overnight was 5 star experience. Traveling from Texas to Oregon in travato and we topped batteries and empty tanks. Site 15 was level .

Just what we needed. Clean park with an easy pull through site. We didn't have to unhook!

Very noisy. Heavy traffic sounds all night.

Perfect place for a one night stop. We have stayed here many times. Bathrooms and laundry area are always neat and clean. RV pads are level. There is some road noise which cannot be heard inside the rv. A nice quiet, well maintained rv park.

The facility is nice and neat. The management was very friendly and accommodating.

Convenience, well maintained, quite. Has laundry facilities. Perfect for overnight.

The park was clean, and grounds were well manicured. Residents were friendly. We stayed only one night, so we did not observe the laundry and bathroom facilities. Road noise was not an issue. The train did wake me up a couple of times during the night, but was not a big deal.

It was a convenient stop over along our route. Typical dry, dusty Texas park. Appears to be an old gas station or truck stop converted into an RV park. It desperately needs some attention though! The dog park was horrendous with piles of dog extricate that no one has bothered to clean up. It has potential to be a nice grassy area but it was filthy!! My poor little puppies didn’t have anywhere to run around after their day traveling!
