It’s a beautiful uncrowned place with a gorgeous lodge with workout room, laundry and individual bathrooms. The pool was great and the hosts, Danna and Mark were wonderful and welcoming. We will be back!

This is a new park. Very nice and well kept. The only thing I wish they would have picnic tables. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

No issues the managers of campground was very nice and gave us a tour of facility only thing I suggest is maybe putting in cable

We stayed at this RV park over the weekend, and unfortunately, it was not the welcoming experience we were hoping for. This isn’t your typical campground — it’s a new RV resort community that is actively selling lots with plans to become an HOA-style development. If you’re just looking for a weekend stay, be aware: the focus here is clearly on attracting lot buyers, not short-term guests. They require a minimum 38-foot 5th wheel or RV, which is not listed in the rules or stated clearly anywhere in the booking process. The staff are very strict about the rules, and the long term guest will tell you that. While the property is still under construction, there’s little flexibility or hospitality for visitors who aren’t there to purchase. I can see this becoming a nice community down the road once it’s more developed and better staffed. But as of now, if you’re just passing through or looking for a weekend getaway, I’d suggest finding a different RV park — this one just isn’t set up to accommodate casual guests.

Mark & Dana are the best RV park hosts I have ever met. The campground is new and it is growing with plans to develop more sites and amenities. If you want to meet two great people then stop in and stay a few nights. Thanks for a wonderful time. See you again.
