Loved this camp ground. We stayed in a cabin this time and the only complaint is the amount of spiders we saw (one in the bed), but it’s a cabin so I’m not going to use spiders as a neg experience. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Would def come back again

Well maintained site, there's a lot of activities for kids and adults. Great service.

No 1. The showers are horrible. The water was scalding hot with no adjustment allowed. Then you get water for 15 seconds and it shuts off so you keep pushing a button for the water to come back on. Worse shower experience at an Rv park ever. No. 2. When we got there the pool was heated and wonderful. Next day..freezing. Next day..freezing. I even asked a maintenance guy to help. No results. No 3. No discounts allowed until April or May which is the hot season. No.4. Laundry prices were very high. One dryer wouldn’t heat so we had to move our clothes and pay again. $3.25 for a dryer.

I will be honest and say that at first, I thought I was going to be disappointed because the park is literally right off a freeway, and there are not many trees, and therefore very little privacy. That said, the staff is extremely friendly, the campsites are very clean, and all of the common areas are very clean, including the bath houses. There are also a ton of amenities like Pickleball, pool, hot tubs, dog parks. I see why a lot of people love this place, and the only reason I could not give it five stars is that there was zero privacy, no fire pits (unless you rent them for five dollars), and not even a picnic table at our site. While I am sure that this is clearly noted in the description of the site, that doesn’t change the fact that there are literally just hook ups, and that’s it. And since it’s all gravel, there’s almost no line between you and your neighbor. Again, it’s clean, convenient, and friendly.

We stayed in the cabin that sleeps 8 and it was wonderful. Very nice and warm in December. The clubhouse was great with an arcade, pool table and a heated pool. We will come again!

Typical verde ranch RV resort Awesome!! Weather was rainy but that did not matter, jacuzzi was hot, clubhouse welcoming. Park was clean, family friendly and quiet. Golf carts are fun, should be 16 and up 😉 2 jaccuzzi was down for a night or 2

Staff were friendly and check-in easy. We had a pull through for one night but the facilities looked great.

Lower section -sites 390-400 , way too close to the highway and super noisy. Looks like long time campers have also made themselves at home and not following the “no storage” rule. Nice layout, convenient location. Will not stay here again due to the extreme noise from the highway.
