Good location for access to HB State Beach. Pooll and club house are very nice and gives the teens something to do at night. Unfornitly, the traffic noise is very loud that goes on all night long with cars and motorcycles racing down the street.

Reserved site months in advance but didn't pay the "lock" site fee. Plenty of sites were available then and at time of check-in. Since we didn't pay we didn't get the site and was told that there other reasons someone else got our site. It appeared to be a frequently used option on their part. The sites are very narrow if in a towable and the mediocre rating is due to value for the site.

Love that it has everything that I need and the staff are very nice. Love that it’s so close to the beach, just walk across the street. This is the second time we have stayed. Will definitely stay again in the near future.

It’s always great to stay so close to the beach in a clean RV park. They have done a great job on up keep and simple up grades to the club house for kids.

Nice camp ground close to downtown Huntington Beach shops and pier so close, that you can ride your bikes. Pool was heater and great weather for November.

There were a couple hiccups with our site, but most were worked out by the time we left. If you plan to stay and get assigned site number 118, bring extra long everything. The electrical, dump station AND water are all on the wrong (passenger) side of the campers. Also, it would be wise to have a 30/50 amp converter adapter on hand, just in case as well. Overall it was a fabulous trip - camping is first about the company and memories, the amenities are a bonus.

I was surprised to have a campground that was all black top. There were times that the noise from nearby Pacific Coast Highway was unpleasant. However we enjoyed being walking distance from the beach.

Location of campsite was phenomenal. Right across PCH from the beach. Spaces however were on the smaller side and very little landscaping, mostly asphalt. Dog area was saturated and very wet. Club house was nice and bathrooms/showers were very well kept and clean.

Love the office staff, they are personable, friendly and so accommodating! I Love seeing the campsite so full compared to the past 3 yrs it was like a Ghost town ! I do think that the bathrooms should stay open til 11:00 p.m in the summer!
