Friendly staff, nice layout, good bathrooms w hot showers, nice clubhouse, quiet. Primarily a residential community, with a few overnight sites. Friendly residents.

no one is perfect

Kathy was great to work with when reserving our spots and during our entire stay. The camp spots are a very nice size. Many residents were very helpful too, from assisting with backing in our rig and providing suggestions on things to do during our stay. The location is great if you want to explore central Florida.

The park was very clean and had many amenities available. Most individuals either lived or were long term tenants. We did arrive and the office was closed and the park residents got us in to a site until the office reopened. Getting situated was the only difficulty as the office was closed for an extended period for the holidays. Was a clean and quiet place.
