Water Valley Campground — Reviews

Host - Dale was very accomodating. The sound of water rushing, birds makes it so relaxing. my kids enjoyed the creek. No need to bring campfire woods, you can buy from Dale.

Very nice camping area. Some camp sites are more treed than others. 2 sets of outhouses available. Main highway/road can be loud at times

A nice campground, but the lack of amenities makes one think why you wouldn’t just drive a little bit further to stay in a quiet spot in the wildernesss

Location site was close to the river and far from the main road. Great sunset and you could see all the stars at night. Site was clean .

Nice quiet restful place. Wifi would be nice and my Starlink didn’t work there either. Friendly staff well kept facilities and beautiful spot.

Camp ground was really nice and well kept. Seemed like you could book any campsite tho, didn't matter if it said tent or RV on the website. Not a whole lot of privacy for some areas and some other guests ended up parting really loudly until 4am.

Been coming to this campground for 7 years, this is the first year I haven’t felt welcome , management is not very friendly . Every other year they come and check if we need wood or anything when we arrive, we were stared at when we pulled in. It’s such a great spot but the lack of welcome was sad to us .
