    A beautiful spot, lots of hiking trails, wonderful for walking a dog. Highway is audible but it’s not too intrusive.

    It was quiet, even though the Interstate was near by it never bothered us. Once in a while you could smell the cattle farms from down the road. There were nice trails through the park for walking the dog. The campsites were far enough apart where we were that you felt like you were alone. I like that.

    Great spacing between sites give you lots of privacy. Level ground. Nice covered picnic area with grill. Trails through the area was nice for dog walking. Fairly quiet even though hiways are close. Town is not that far of a drive for groceries etc.

    I was in site #23. The sites are spread out so there is lots of privacy. This site did have some highway noise, but I did not mind that. The ramada was perfect to stay cool during the day. The sunrise and sunset were both beautiful!

    This campground is exactly what our says it is, dry camping and pull thru spots for a low price, which is exactly what we needed! The road at the entrance and in the campground is not paved but it's not bumpy and it is well kept. The park is also clean.
