  Dry Cabin

  Parking: 1 Vehicle 12 x 16 dry cabins (no water), with covered porch. Close to bathroom and showers. Cabins have electricity, lights, little fridge and has two twin beds with an additional queen size bed. Sleeps 4 people . Linens NOT included, you will need to bring your own linens for the beds. Showers are coin operated, it takes 8 quarters, you may exchange American cash here for quarters for the shower. There isn't heat or air conditioning in any of the cabins, all cabins have a ceiling fan. Cabin 7 is bigger: 16 x 20 and does not include a covered porch. Nightly rate is for 2 adults and 2 children. $5 fee per night to add a camper and extra vehicle (overflow parking lot). This will be charged at check-in. *New - We have the Pisgah House available if your looking for something bigger with more accommodations.   Parking: 1 Vehicle Front Row full RV 30amp hookup (water, electric and sewage). Includes a perfect front view of Lake Willoughby!   Platform Tenting

  Parking: 1 Vehicle Set your tent on a platform off the ground. Size of the platform is approximately 12 feet by 10 feet. Platform site 1 has less area around the platform and is better for 2-3 people. Platform tent 2 has more area around the platform and can accommodate 1 tent with a group of 3-5 people as long as their tent fits the 10 x 12 platform.   Parking: Site fee includes 1 Vehicle This tent site can accommodate a 2- 4 person tent up to 10'x12" size (4 people Max for this site). Nightly rate is for 2 adults and children. You can park right at this site, which is convenient. $5 fee to add adults and additional $5 fee to add extra vehicles to be parked in our overflow parking area. This will be charged at check-in.   UT 8

  Parking: 1 Vehicle. (extra parking available for additional cars). Park at the bottom or drive to the top - the road is accessible for people that can drive up the hill to the site and have an all-wheel drive vehicle for the terrain. The road will be too much for vehicles like vans, mini vans, cars with two wheel drive and low ground clearance. Vehicles like Subaru's and all other all wheel drive vehicles have been accessing it with no problems. it's about a 2 minute walk if you choose to park at the bottom parking area. Beautiful Tent site with more privacy on the upper backside of the campground. Also one of our favorite tent sites, especially if you like the added privacy. UT 8 can fit small to medium sized person tents. Also due to the size of the site it is best suited for groups of 1-4 people. This is not a tent site for the over-sized 6-8 person tents. UT 8 is up to the left of UT 6 (for reference because UT 8 doesn't show up on the map. This site also has a nice view of the campground from above, and parts of Lake Willoughby/Mountains. Our W/E sites (Water & Electric sites - under the RV category) are also popular for tenting and can accommodate larger tents and rooftop tents.

  UT Sites

  Parking: 1 Vehicle (at bottom) Beautiful Tent sites with more privacy on the upper backside of the campground. About a 40 foot walk from parking area to the tent sites. Two of our favorite tent sites. UT 5 is larger and can fit two medium to large size tents if needed. UT 6 can fit up to a medium size tent 2-4 person tent and has a nice view of the campground from above, and parts of Lake Willoughby/Mountains. Our W/E sites (Water & Electric sites - under the RV category) are also popular for tenting and can accommodate larger tents and rooftop tents.

  Parking: 1 Vehicle Tent sites. A van, rooftop tent can also fit in Upper Tent Site UT 1, and UT 2, but not UT3, mainly due to the location, not the size. We have more tent sites (upper tent 5 & 6).
