White Caps Campground is a small family run campground located in the beautiful Willoughby State Forest. The campground is located at the south end of Lake Willoughby, named by Yankee magazine (July/August, 2013) as one of the most beautiful lakes in New England. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, paddle boarding, and sailing, all accompanied by spectacular views. The park is a paradise for the photographer and outdoor lover; you can spend your days hiking and exploring Mounts Pisgah and Mount Hor as well as the rest of the Willoughby State Forest range.
