Our 3rd year coming to this quiet, tucked away place by the water

Great campground and resort. Lots of activities, live music, beautiful beach and scenery. The manager Pierre was extraordinary in assisting all. Very friendly staff. Exactly what I hoped for on my maiden voyage with my new teardrop camper. Will not hesitate to go again.

It is a massive property of mixed use - seasonal, short term, RV sites and cabins. We were staying in an RV site. Maybe due to the timing of when we went but it was very quiet - we barely saw anyone else on the property. There are a lot of activities - volleyball, horseshoes, disc golf but no equipment to use it. The bathroom was kind of creepy and added to the lack of people on the property, felt like a set from a horror movie! The showers in the women’s was nice and hot but the drainage was terrible. The run off water drains towards the exit so you are basically walking through large puddles to get out of the bathroom. The only person we interacted with was the person at reception - she was very lovely. I like the idea of borrowing games and being able to use the space in the main area to do that, but they close by 6 so if you have planned activities during the day, it’s pretty much closed by the time you get back. The restaurant looks promising and the views from there are amazing. We didn’t get a chance to try as they are only open Thurs-Sun. As for the actual RV site, it’s small given the size of the property but manageable. The water and electrical hook ups are in a box so if you are not hooking up water to the trailer, you won’t be able to use the water (unless you have a hose).

Great location and chill vibe. Super friendly staff. Very nice having the brewery/pub on site. We spent a week whitewater kayaking on the Ottawa River and this was a nice retreat. We were there during a heat wave (temps in the 90s F) and the 30amp electricity struggled to meet our A/C demands.

Great campground, very clean and great spots for trailers.

We had so much fun - the beach was beautiful and the sites are large. The brewery was also a fantastic bonus. More shade would be nice - not sure why sites aren't created in more shady areas. There was also no firepit or picnic table at tent sites. Bathrooms were not cleaned nor garbage emptied during any of our 4 night stay. Soap dispensers were all empty except one which was empty by the last night. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Hoping this will change as we'd love to come back.

Quiet place but diffuclty to connect to the water. Not well design. The personel was very helpful.

It was a nice campground. The only problem was the cell service and wifi. Friendly people.
